The newsletter shown below is a sample of a monthly departmental newsletter campaign I launched in 2020, which was one tool this department utilized to achieve the highest engagement in the company.
Designed with both form and function in mind, a catchy color scheme and bold graphics catch the reader's eye and directs the flow from one section to the next. Standard columns include training availability updates, standard operating procedure reminders, all-star recognitions, travel alerts, a word jumble, and a "get-to-know-your-peers" section.
