About This Project

This project is the third installment of a year-long, rolling compliance course for a mobile franchise organization. The overall objective is to keep executives, business managers and trainers apprised of sales processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices so they can better prepare their franchisees for success.  Participants are required to complete 10 course modules per year.
